5. Waitlists
From time to time we may operate a waitlist for sold-out or upcoming Richard Villa shows. By joining a waitlist you consent to receive Email and/or SMS notifications about that specific show, including availability updates and purchase opportunities. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access to tickets or any other benefit. Waitlist communications are separate from our general notification list — opting out of the general list does not automatically remove you from an active waitlist, and vice versa.
6. Purchases — General

6.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6.3 Payment
Payment for direct purchases is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your payment card data. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms in addition to these Terms.
6.4 Order Confirmation

6.5 Refunds & Exchanges
We handle refund and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. We make no automatic guarantee of a refund or exchange, but we are committed to addressing genuine issues reasonably.
Note: We have no control over the refund or exchange policies of venues or third-party ticketing platforms. If your ticket was purchased through an external platform or venue, their policies apply to that transaction.
7. Merchandise
7.1 Availability
Merchandise is available while supplies last. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
7.2 Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier.
7.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and we will work to make it right.
8. Tickets (Direct Sales)
8.1 Scope
This section applies only to tickets purchased directly through us. Tickets purchased through a venue or third-party ticketing platform are governed by that platform's terms.
8.2 Transferability & Anti-Scalping
Tickets purchased directly through us are non-transferable unless we state otherwise for a specific event. Resale or transfer of tickets above face value is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel without refund any tickets we reasonably believe have been resold, transferred in violation of these Terms, or obtained through automated means (including bots or ticket scalping services). Admission may be refused where a ticket cannot be verified as legitimately obtained.
8.3 Event Changes & Cancellations
If an event we directly control is cancelled or significantly changed (date, venue, or format), we will notify ticket holders via the email address provided at purchase and advise on available options, which may include a refund, credit, or transfer to a rescheduled date. We are not liable for any ancillary costs you incur in connection with an event, including travel or accommodation.
8.4 Force Majeure & Illness
We will not be in breach of these Terms and will have no liability to you where an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: performer illness or injury, acts of God, extreme weather, pandemic or public health restrictions, venue closure, civil unrest, government action, or failure of essential services. In such circumstances we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternatives, but we cannot guarantee a refund where costs have already been incurred on your behalf.
8.5 Complimentary & Gifted Tickets
Tickets provided on a complimentary basis — including press passes, industry comps, and gifted tickets — are provided at our sole discretion, carry no monetary value, and are non-transferable. Complimentary tickets do not guarantee any specific experience and may be withdrawn at any time prior to the event. No refund or compensation is payable in connection with a complimentary ticket under any circumstances.
9. VIP Access
VIP access packages grant specific benefits as described at the time of purchase, such as early entry, meet and greet access, or exclusive content. Benefits vary by package and event.
VIP access is non-refundable except at our discretion or where an event is cancelled as described in Section 8.3 or 8.4. If an element of a VIP package cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances outside our control (including venue restrictions or force majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative of comparable value but cannot guarantee a like-for-like substitute.
10. Memberships
10.1 One-Time Memberships
One-time membership purchases grant access to the benefits described at the time of purchase for the duration specified. These are non-refundable once access has been granted, except at our discretion.
10.2 Recurring Memberships
Recurring memberships are billed automatically at the frequency stated at checkout (monthly, annually, or otherwise) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by applicable law.
10.3 Changes to Membership Benefits
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by email. Continued membership after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10.4 Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend access to membership benefits until payment is resolved. We will attempt to notify you at the email address on file.
11. Recording at Live Events
Unauthorized recording of live performances by Richard Villa — whether audio, video, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. This applies to all shows where Richard Villa is performing, regardless of whether the event is ticketed directly by us or through a third party.
Unauthorized recordings may contain copyrighted comedy material and may be subject to takedown under applicable intellectual property law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies against unauthorized distribution of recorded performance material.
Additional recording restrictions may apply at specific venues. Those venue rules are separate from and in addition to this clause.
12. Photos & Likeness at Live Events
At events where Richard Villa is performing, photography and video may be taken for promotional use including social media, press, and marketing. By attending, you acknowledge that your likeness may be captured in this context. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff at the time of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, though exclusion from crowd or wide-angle footage cannot be guaranteed.
13. Fan-Submitted & User-Generated Content
By voluntarily submitting content to us — including competition entries, videos, photographs, or social media posts that tag or mention Richard Villa — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and share that content for promotional and marketing purposes. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit the content, and that our use of it will not infringe any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your original content. We will not sell fan-submitted content to third parties. Where reasonably practicable, we will credit the original creator.
14. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Richard Villa and Richard Villa — including comedy material, recordings, videos, images, branding, and written content — is the intellectual property of Richard Villa or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
15. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
Provide false information when opting in, joining a waitlist, or making a purchase
Use our SMS or email communications to harass, impersonate, or harm others
Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls on our website or services
Resell or transfer tickets or merchandise in violation of these Terms
Obtain tickets through automated means including bots or scalping tools
Record Richard Villa live performances without prior written consent
Submit fan content that infringes third-party intellectual property or contains unlawful material
We reserve the right to cancel purchases, remove you from our list, and revoke access to our services for anyone found to be in violation of these Terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Richard Villa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, attendance at a Richard Villa event, or any purchase made through us or a third-party platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

19. Business Transfer
If Richard Villa is sold, merged, or its assets are transferred to another party — including assignment to a management company or business entity — these Terms and any associated customer and subscriber data may transfer as part of that transaction. 20. Governing Law
